(I) Scenarios Where You Need to Authorize Us to Collect and Use Personal Information
We will follow the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity, and collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this policy. 1.To assist you in becoming our user, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and to provide you with more convenient services, when you register to become an YiQiHuan user, you are required to provide at least a mobile phone number to create an YiQiHuan account and complete the relevant online identity verification information (such as avatar, nickname, and login password, etc.). 1.1 Login
a. When logging into YiQiHuan and related services, a mobile phone number is required to fulfill the national legal regulations on real-name systems for the internet. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for logging in, we may not be able to offer you features such as the homepage, messages, pending tasks, etc. We will collect your personal information to be displayed to other users. You will need to log in to access the homepage, messages, pending tasks, personal center, and other user services when you visit YiQiHuan.
1.2 Account Recovery
You can use the account recovery feature to retrieve your account. To ensure the security of your account, we may require you to provide certain information for verification when recovering your account.
1.3 Account Sharing Issues
The APP should not transmit personal information such as device identification information, product browsing records, search usage habits, software installation lists, etc., to the APP server without informing and obtaining the user's consent, and should not provide the collected personal information to any third-party products or services without the user's consent.
2. To Provide You with Location-Based Information Display
To provide you with surrounding environmental search services and to enhance our service performance, efficiency, and functionality, with your authorization, we will collect the relevant information generated during your use of our services, including:
(1) Location Information. When you authorize and enable the location features of your mobile device and use services based on location, we will collect and use your location information to display your surrounding environment (for example, you do not need to manually enter your geographical location to obtain relevant services, check the weather in the current city, etc.). We will use relevant technologies to obtain your location information (with varying degrees of accuracy), including IP address, GPS, and WLAN (such as Wi-Fi) access points and base stations that can provide relevant information. The information you provide during the use of the service may contain corresponding geographical location information, such as the regional information set in your account profile or the geographical tagging information in the pictures and videos you upload. You can turn off the location services in the system of your mobile device to stop our collection of your location information, but this may result in the inability to use the location-based services we provide for you, or may not achieve the expected results of the relevant services.

(II) Scenarios Where You Have the Option to Authorize Us to Collect and Use Personal Information
To provide you with convenient services, you have the option to use the extended features we offer, and we will collect and use the following information in accordance with legal provisions and based on your specific authorization. This type of information will be collected within the specific features and business scenarios you choose. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect the use of the basic functions of YiQiHuan.
1.Extended Features Based on Camera Authorization
You have the option to enable the camera permissions on your device, allowing YiQiHuan to access your camera for features such as taking photos, recording videos, and scanning QR codes, which facilitates you to publish content by capturing images or recording videos. If you need to record and publish videos with sound, you will also need to enable the microphone permission. We will collect the information you upload and publish through these features. You can disable this functionality in the system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to use the QR code scanning feature, or publish content by taking photos or recording videos, but it will not affect the basic functions of the Easy Enterprise Circle service. You can book various products/services for others through YiQiHuan and provide the relevant information of the actual recipient of the service, provided that you have obtained their authorization beforehand.
If we use the information for purposes not stated in this policy, or if we use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your authorization and consent separately.
(IV) Exceptions to Consent
Please be aware that in the following circumstances, we may collect and use your personal information without the need for your authorization or consent:
1. Related to national security or national defense;

3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, adjudication, and execution of judgments;
